Question About Pioneer CD Player DEH-P5800MP
Buttons dont work...

I have power to my Pioneer DEH-P5800MP car CD player but none of the buttons work. It will play CD's and I can adjust the volume but nothing else... Is it locked? I did have a flat battery

0 This may sound dumb, but a while ago the same happened, but also the screen and lights went off. I resolved it by cleaning the golden contacts on the faceplate and the unit with a cotton ball and a little alcohol. A lot of crap gets stuck between those contacts. Hope it helps!
