Question About Pioneer Cassette Player ct-f4242
db meter...

hi- i am having trouble w/my right side db meter--when i turn the dolby off it burys over in the red and deck starts a high pitch noise-when i turn the dolby on it comes back down--could use some help

0 HI-THE RIGHT SIDE DB METER BURYS OVER INTO THE RED AND UNIT WHISTLES WHEN I TURN THE DOLBY OFF????? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED
