One day several months ago I was watching a DVD and words poped up on the screen and not thinking of what was going on I started pressing the channel button to try to get back where I was and that didn't happen and instead of trying to fix what I changed i turned it off and hadn't been able to get the player to show a picture ever again, so I was trying to figure if there's a reset somewhere or a 1800 number that will guide me the right way to see a picture again.
