Question About Philips Home Theater System HTS3100
No Disc Message on HTS3100...

My HTS was working great; recently, for some discs, I get the message "No Disc" and disc does not loads. I have noticed this problem after I have been playing a VCD (authentic) for some time. It is happening more often now and on discs that were playable before on this very system. I will appreciate if you can please let me know of the fix. Thanks.

1 I have the same problem . I ran the lens cleaner disc it doesnt het;p

0 my philips hts 3100 playin all vcd's .....but its not working for dvd.....is there anny solution...

0 Never buy any philips product. Very poor after sales service. I own HTS 3100. Problem: NO Disc message. Philips Service Center M/s Galaxy Electronics, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai-79 will take your material for repaires and return it after 3/4 months unrepaired when you will ask them the status.
