First this product would say "No Dics" sometimes. Then it began to said it more. Now it says "No Disc" on every DVD disc I put in. However, it still plays CDs. It just won't play DVDs.

5 open It up and clean the laser reader with a cotton q-tip thats how i solved my problem

3 when I take the casing apart to see the disc drive, where is the laser reader? underneath?

2 Very helpful information. OPen the player,clean the laser reader with cotton ear plus & nailpolish remover.That's how I solved my problem.
