Dear Philips team. I have Philips home theater system (HTS 3300), and unfortunately facing problem continuously of NO DISK. Even though my local Philips service center changed its Lance 4 times in 6 months & each new lance run for 2 months max and after that it shows NO DISK. Pl keep in mind that I do use this home theater in very clean environment and high quality DVD’s & CD’s. Is it possible that its audio video card not working properly & it causing lance damage? Waiting for response.
