Just bought a brand new pair but there is no sound at all coming from them when I hook them up to my PC. I have checked the manual but the manual for this item is merely information about the product, rather than anything pertinent to what I would expect from a manual. Is there anything I can try to get them to work? I'd rather not have to take them back for a refund.
