after severals years of good operation , today the...

after severals years of good operation , today the headphone SBCHC205 is very Noisy but does not retransmit the TV ; The battery are new .Problem is it in the headphone or into the basis SBCHC202 ( the lights are red/OK ) . What to do ..??
