5 When recording, special blank AUDIO CD blanks have to be used; ordinary CD blanks will not record. These AUDIO blanks are rather more expensive, at about 20-25p each, but they will play on any machine. They are readily available from the Internet, but you must be careful to specify them as AUDIO blanks.
