Remote N2QAYB000087 displays "REMOTE 2" on unit SA-PM46. The owner (elderly woman) slept on the remote unit, then when she woke, the remote did not work. When I tried it, both the remote and the unit work, But the Unit will always display "REMOTE 2" and does not do anything else. Is there are preset code that has been used to identify the remote to the unit. Can you provide me with a procedure to pair the remote to the unit, or at least to recode the remote to something that the Unit recognises?
