How do I change the radio station with the remote ...

How do I change the radio station with the remote ?? I cannot figure it out since I don't have a manual. Also, could you email the answer to joudas@att.net ?? I have Panasonic audio system SA-AK340. Thank you so much for your help.

0 on your remote you can change between am or fm using the tuner band button and to change stations,on your remote look at bottom right of your remotelook up to the third row of buttons , the two on the right side with arrows pointing either way these are thebuttons to change channels. hope this helps!
