5 I found that there were discs out of their slot inside the player keeping the door from opening. To fix: Turn it upside down and shake the discs that fall towards the opening. Then press the "Open" button,and it opens! Remove discs. If there's more discs, turn it upright, close door and repeat. It fixed mine! - Scuppernog

0 No because the tray was forced shut, while trying to open now lt makes a clicking sound trying to open , but will not open something is slipping / or not engaging properly.
