Our 11 month old son did SOMETHING. I've been over the manual, adjusted the picture...Vivid, standard, & cinema as well as aligning between the arrows. Heads are cut off and subtitles are not visible. What did he do and how do I fix it? I'm not entirely certain where the original remote control is. I hope the answer will allow adjustment on the front buttons or the cable/dvr universal remote.
