I have a Panasonic cd stereo SC-PM31 SC-PM313 and the display is blank, it does not show anything. How can I fix this?

0 This manual is the same that came with the system. It does not give any information on how to fix the display. The display will not light up. Is there a bulb that can be replaced inside? I love this system, but it's worthless without the display indicating how to play the CD's ( randomly etc).
