Question About Turntable tcd-98

Hi - I have a Technosonic TCD-98 MP3 Player/ Turntable/CD/Stereo Radio and MP3/USB/MMC encoding. I want to change the speakers to more powerful speakers how many watts is the component? And what type of speakers do you suggest?
