we just bought an AUVIO 24" Soundbox SBX24210 we have the box hooked up from the tv to sound box. The sound on TV is turn down I turned the power on the soubd box and it is showing power I pressed INPUT to choose desired input I pressed EQ and chose news and press +?- on the sound box and all we are hearing is a hum coming out of the speakers of the box and that is it. What can we do to get this to work? We just bought this today. Thank you
