I have a fully operational mixer (I think), but I have no manual to explain how to get the best out of it.

0 This unit is NOT a speaker. It's a Stereo Sound Mixer. I seem to have it in the wrong category. However, I am still looking for the manual. Thanks!

0 I have a similar mixer. Identical except for the name (mine is from radio shack, not genexxa). Essentially, I you haven't already figured out, in order to get the optimal output, you should be plugging in peripherals into their proper spots. Basically put, if you have a mic, use the mic input, a turntable should go into source one or two labelled phono, and more recent stuff like CD players, iPods, pcs etc into source 3 and 4 that should be labelled cd1 and cd2. On the back is where everything gets plugged in. The RCA jacks should be labelled as to what should be plugged in to it. Adapters can be bought fairly cheap if you need them at the Source or wherever... I plugged mine into my home stereo amp in its line-in input and I'm about to test it again by plugging it into my TV. Sorry for the long winded email, but not sure how savvy you are in regards to electronics and mixing equipment. Hope it helps! Ps. After digging up my old mixer, it seems I've lost my manual... That's when I came across your posting... Sorry!

0 First of all, belated thanks for you answer. By the way,, the back of my Genexxa is clear. No input/output at all. It's all on the top edge. I'm back trying to connect an assortment of components, and don't really know what I'm doing. I have a Creative X FI I/O Console, the Genexx mixer, a Panasonic DVD player, Quasar Vhf, Sony HI FI Digital AM/FM Stereo receiver, sony Digital Handyman Cam corder and a Realistic electret condenser stereo microphone. Plus a couple of lovely old Heathkit speakers with 1lb woofers. I'm sure it can all be tied into my computer somehow. I am just trying to figure out how, ...again.
