0 Hey man I was fiddling with my same Auvio as yours and wondering as to why in the hell can’t my iPhone 7Plus successfully pair with it after I turn the speaker off. So what I did is press the speaker’s play button two quick presses. The result is that the speaker responded with two quick beeps, then I asked my iPhone to forget the device, then I pressed & held the speaker’s play button for 3 seconds so it becomes open for a new pairing proccess, then I chose AUVIO4000437 on my phone and they connected. This time, which is amazing, I turned my iPhone’s bluetooth off as well as turned the speaker off, turned both on and they could automatically pair!!! So I think the problem is that the speaker has an option to give a perpetual/temporary license to the phone. To use this feature, press the speaker’s play button quickly twice. Lastly, this speaker is mysterious to me, and the company is mysterious as well; they have no website, no downloadable user guide, and there is mysterious A-B swith I don’t know for what, and there is a USB port I don’t know for what!! But hey, try my way, and you’ll be happy.
