i cannot get the disc magazine out of cdx555rf. ch...

i cannot get the disc magazine out of cdx555rf. changer it seems to have lost electric, and is firmly lodged in the frame eject and reset buttons do not work fuses are ok.. thanks for ANY SUGGESTIONS
