HI.my dual XDM7615 is not working at all.no button...

HI.my dual XDM7615 is not working at all.no buttons work even the power button doesn't work.i can't turn on the unit.before that happends,doesn't open the face completly and the power turn off everytime i want to slide all the front.i reseted and now doesn't work at all.can you help me somehow,pls?
