When I go on Bluetooth on my phone my phone doesn'...

When I go on Bluetooth on my phone my phone doesn't find my speakers connection... I also tried everyone else's phones in the house...I have Also charged it for two days straight and it's still a red light when I turn it on ...the only sound it makes is the noise when it turns on or when it's going to die
