Question About Sylvania Headphones SBT214
my headphones does not connect with my Ipad 3rd g...

my headphones does not connect with my Ipad 3rd generation . It is there but does not want to connect ..why? My friend has the same problem with Ipad Air. It tries to connect but always says ..be sure your Headphone is connected and is close to your devices ..something like this.. It did connect once or two but now ..no more..
