I have a Sylvania Phonograph with AM FM Radio and CD player. Up until now the records, old and new, that I've played have worked but I recently found that a brand new record jumps. I returned it and the guy said it was probably the tone arm needed adjusting. I received a brand new record and tried again to get the same results. Is it the tone arm that needs adjusting, and if so how do i do it, or are the records bunk?
