Bought this product for my mother. She loved it until it started playing records too fast. It didn't matter what player speed was selected. This happened after only three or four months. She sent it to the address in the manual for repair, but received it back, saying the business was no longer at that address. She phoned and talked with representatives, who told her to do unplug it and plug it back in or something rediculuous like that. How can we get some satisfaction?
