Question About Onkyo Stereo System TX-8222

when i increase the volume in the system it is going in to standby mode, preaviously it is having same problem when i contact with saelsmen he make the reast to the system from that time onwards its is working fine. same problem repated now can you please tellme regarding which botton i have to press to make the system reast.
