Question About Mustek Speaker None
dvd player and constant hum from converter...

Just bought it used. Hooked it up both ways according to manual. The converter sounds like a fan and the dvd says there is an error when I put a dvd in. Maybe its just broke but I think maybe a missing ground or whatever.
