My friend messed around with my TV and deleted the...

My friend messed around with my TV and deleted the input under device for my TV. How do I put it back under device ant bites and input 2,3,4,5 ect...... So I can hook up my DVD and VCR and access it from my remote. To change from one input to another with the remote.
