Power Supply...

I live in Peru and I need to buy a power supply for my MLI-SW190 ( from 12v to 220 v ?? ) . I need to know the electrical details such as: volts require ( 12vac ?? ) and Watts or VA for the power supply ? My email felosil@hotmail.com Thanks
