I have very low volume when using speaker with my android smart phone. When I use speaker with my lap top, the volume is not even turned up half way and its really loud. Why the difference and how can I get it to play this loud from my android device? Also I cant get it to connect to the blue tooth anymore, however it did originally when I set it up. My computer says it connected then when I ask it to play music it double beeps and will not pair.up
