I just purchased a pair of mag jets, Merkury BTE 10 blue tooth ear buds. I've only had them for 2 days,and had no trouble pairing them,or using them. Out of nowhere while using them, they stopped working with my device and the light just blinks blue. They wont turn off or on, holding the buttons down to put them into pairing mode changes nothing,no red light...and when I plug them into to charge them,the light does not change.(my charger works on another pair of blue tooth headphones I have,so its not the charger.) My laptop shows the headphones as "Unknown device" and cant connect to them...my phone wont sync with them,and asks me to check if they are turned on.I 'forgot' the ear buds on my phone and they don't show back up when searching for blue tooth devices. Manual has nothing helpful,nothing I do will reset them or put them in any other mode and I cant use or sync them. Just a blinking blue light....I have submitted a max of 250 words at technical support and it is ridiculous they have no number to call,they say they will respond to you by email within 2-3 days (Closed weekends). I am not waiting a full week to understand why a $30 pair of ear buds stopped working,when I haven't even had them longer than it will take for them to reply back to me.

0 I have the manual,I also know what each light means...this sequence like I said isnt listed,it wont turn on or off or charge.
