We put a record in place but as soon as the arm is moved to start the record turning we hear a rubbing sound. We removed the record 'plate' that the record sits on and viewed the belt, everything seems to be in order, clean, lubricated, no rubbing marks to be seen. Previous owner used it just fine. Need to remove the rubbing. The manual is useless! Any ideas? Marian
