Question About Memorex Stereo System 9299M
How to boost volume level on shelf stereo...

Volume level is really puny on this system. Only goes up to a reading of 40, but that's barely low-medium. Any way to increase the volume level?

0 I have the manual and the shelf system. Same problem=volume only goes up to 40, but you don't hear much of anything till you're at 28-30. Very disappointing, esp. the turntable volume--even weaker and more tinny. Ack! The manual is no help.
