Question About Memorex Home Theater System STS71e
I have a STS71e player and pushing the standby/on ...

I have a STS71e player and pushing the standby/on button doesn't do anything (or anything else,for that matter) although I know there is power to the unit because the green led is lit up. Also the remote is lost and I was wondering if these units can be tested "on the bench" w/o speaker wires (6 ch) attached? Suggestions? Thanks.
