0 Press the 'Menu' button on the remote.  Then click the 'Up' or 'Down' arrow button until you see the word 'Sleep'.  Then you press the 'Right' arrow button until you have the amount of time you want the TV to run until it goes to sleep.  Then you press the 'Up or 'Down' arrow button until you see the word 'Exit'.  Press the 'Right' arrow button to switch from 'No' to 'Yes' and exit the menu.
