Question About Magnavox CD Player az8400
I have a magnavox az8400 boombox that I was given....

I have a magnavox az8400 boombox that I was given. The CD player only works if I hold the cd door down. The door does open and close like it is supposed to do, but for some reason, if I depress the play button, it does not play or even recognize any CD inside unless I either "hold down" the door, or sit something heavy on top of the cd door. What is the problem? I know it has to be something simple. Thanks!

0 THE TIT ON THE DOOR IS EITHER WORN OR THE SWITCH IS OUT OF POSITION & NOT MAKEING GOOD CONTACT WITH THE TIT. RICH S.
