My CD player will not play. After approximately 3...

My CD player will not play. After approximately 30 seconds after I insert the CD I get a '7 ERR' message. Can you help guide me into correcting this problem? Thank you.

0 I pushed the 'reset' button with no success in getting the CD player to play.
