I have owned the PC12 for four years it is just starting to malfunction. The CD player often reads NO DISC when I try changing CD's, a CD is stuck in there presently when I press EJECT it reads LOCK ON how do I get my CD out and where is this LOCK ON/OFF function?

0 I have the manual, there is nothing in it about the CD LOCK ON/OFF, I still cannot get the CD out of the unit.
