I have a few problems. One is my CD player doesn't work. It stopped working long ago, however, I just didn't bother with it. Now the second thing is the plaster backing that stores the power cord and where the batteries are located has broken off; specifically, the little plastic clips both just broke off. Where can I find an authorized dealer in Phoenix, AZ so I can buy one? And, how do I get my CD player fixed? Thanks.
