Question About Lenoxx Electronics CD Player CDR-190
cd player does not work...

CD player doesn't work CD player will not spin or play -- displays 'no' but cd is put in with label side up--tried all troubleshooting steps listed in the manual--lights also do not display next to 'no' or on radio --radio works & alarm works
