Hello all... My KSW10 see,s top be dead but not sure why. Would like to open up and see if loose wire perhaps. Have undone the 8 or torx scress on perimenter of back, but panel does not want to come out. There are a ton of other screws on the back panel but don't want to remove them ad hoic in case they hold other things together on the inside. Can someone please help me here. thanks Garry
