Trouble shooting - Manual...

Power cuts out to CD system. Comes on intermitanly if main powere goes off and on again.

0 UD-551M Older compact disk digital audio system.Experiencing power loss to disk, tape and equalizer. Will play for a short period of time and then cut out. Won't work for weeks and power serge with electicity going off then on and it will play again for a few minutes then cut out again until power in house goes on and off again. What to do? Is it a relay?
