cd player has been in storage for several years and has never been played. connected to the tuner and now can not get tray to open so as to be able to load the cd's (5). All controls seem to be ok--according to the lights each one has a button that works the lights and the display looks good. Simply states---No cd in tray--when the eject button is pressed. checked to see if there was a screw to lock the tray during shipping but none seen.
