Purchased a new remote from you for this system because I thought the old one had stopped functioning. After receiving the new remote (RC-R0509) from you, I am still unable to operate the system with the remote. Is there any thing else I could try to resolve this problem ? Is it possible to receive another manual for the VR-405 Audio-Video Surround Receiver ?....... Thanks, Bobby
