Question About Kenwood Stereo System ka-893
hooking up integrated stereo...

acquired a kenwood stereo but no cables or manual to hook it up.The integrated amp is model ka-893,the dual casette is kx-893,av surround processor is ss-992,and the tuner is kt-593.I`d like instructions to hook it up please
