Question About Kenwood Stereo Amplifier KAC-7204
blowing fuses...

I just installed the amp 5 days ago and i have already blown 5 fuses. The fuses are 40 amp and i am replacing them with brand new 40 amp fuses. I problem seems to occur when i turn the volume up but i have the bass boost, HPF, and LPF knobs turned all the way down. please help!!!!
