Question About Kenwood CD Player KDC-MP438U
no volume in any mode...

I just bought a kenwood kdc-mp438u off my sister she got a new deck . Well at first it wouldn't work cause of a code so she gave me the code and now I still have no volume in any mode and every thing is hokked up correct (I think) I've instaled many radios and never had problems like I'm having with this thin please help. Anyone please
