Question About Kenwood CD Player KDC-X492

my cd player was working fine as of yesterday but when i put in my usb stick which usually works with no promblems it did some scrammbling for what it looked like and now doesnt read cds or the usb hub the radio works fine please tell me i dont have to replace the radio
