Re iLuv i910 noise cancelling headphones. The sound has completely died in one ear within 3 uses. Can anyone help advise as this was a present and no receipt available but product is still immaculate and new. If leave plug 3/4 in, get sound in both ears but impractical. Any advice would be welcome
