Question About JVC Stereo System CA-MXKC68
gets to certain volume then shuts itself off...

power's up fine, all functions fine. problem is when the o/p to speakers reaches certain level, model shuts itself off with an audible "click" then requires power to be switched off then back on to reset. i have tested most of power supply trans. and diodes with dmm. can you offer any suggestions?
