When trying to close 'B' Tape Deck (Window) it doe...

When trying to close 'B' Tape Deck (Window) it doesn't stay /'click' closed as usual. Have tried turning off/on Machine, holding down 'Eject' key at the base but nothing seems to help. Thanks for any suggestions for solving this problem.
